After the Chicken Rice Balls, Fat Joe was like I'm not full yet! I want Asam Pedas! We tried next door but it is not spicy. We asked around and across the next street there is this low range Nyonya and Baba Restaurant. The lady who greeted us was Supremely Kind! We even asked whether we can take picture while they cook? They said 'yeah sure why not?' Compare to that freaking chicken ball rice shop. 'No its private and confidential'. Eat my shit lar! These are what we ordered.
Pong Teh Chicken
Nyonya Chap Chai
Nyonya Curry Chicken
My Cendol
Well, Our assignment was Food. Culture. Architecture. Today in Malacca, we must focus on how food affects culture. That's all the food we went for. Will be back on August! After the Lunch, we went around for exploring. As said, 'Be Adventurous!' quote Mr. Cheah. I ran into this house, A Dutch House. Maintain by Badan Warisan Malaysia. No Photograph allowed! But we break the rules. The tour guide brought us from history to present. Which I find it cool! Explaining every single detail about the house. Although the house looks plain and normal from the streets. Internally, they house is HUGE and every single specific details were explain by Mr. Colin, The Tour guide of the house. It was 3p.m we were told to meet up at the Baba Musuem. We're late. Mr.Colin speed up the process and it was an enjoying tour in the Dutch House. I learnt alot from the trip. In the museum, the tour lady was funny. It is very obvious that she memorise every sentence she need to explain to us. We mimic her after the tour. Well, its time to get on the bus and leave Malacca. On the way home, The group was hyper in the back seats! All were tired and laughing like mad cows, doing stupid things and Sophia manage to dose off at her special two seats while Justin sticks with his Ipod. We arrive in Taylors around 7p.m+ and we still decide to go back to malacca for more details for our assignment. ^^ Time for me to dose off too!
