In For An Apple or Honeydew? Watermelon!?!

Jeng Jeng Jeng... I finally got my own mighty mouse. Why do I need it since I already have my HP bluetooth mouse then? Well, the reason is simple. HP mouse has been naughty, its disobeying my orders. Okay maybe for Macbook not for Windows. So at the end, it's not suitable for Mac although its responsive but I doubt you can be patient with it.

This mouse for the mean time it's okay for me. It still uses bluetooth connection and its ergonomically designed! There are special buttons around it. Check it out at your local apple store.

I know, I know some of you are going on I hate You Jon! Yes, hate me for it. I didn't ask for it anyways. The Ipod Touch has finally arrived. My dearly GreenPod is now being ditched aside or shall I say, May you rest in peace. Well, it was in critical stage before being returned back to me for Shanghai Trip. I had lend someone my GreenPod. Anyways, to continue GreenPod's legacy, I shall name this touch, the GreenTouch. There! Another generation for it to go with. For now, what I enjoyed most is that I can FINALLY watch something on my Ipod esp. Grey's Anatomy Season 5! I'm still waiting for Episode 21 to be out.

So go for an Apple while I stick to Honeydew & Watermelon

The Moment

It supposed to be a moment for me to feel relax, to do what I want to do just for the few hours which I don't think I can do much other than to finish off my downloaded Grey's Anatomy. Other than that, I have other things I would like to do, like for instance, go to the movies. I have actually missed alot of movies in cinema lately. The good ones especially. It's totally mental suffer!

Next, I want to go shopping or just window shopping would still be fine for me too! I just want to hang out! Third, why don't they have H&M here?? It would drive me crazy just to shop in H&M! I want it but they don't have it here! Was watching Stylista, a combination of ANTM and Project Runway. The winner would receive a year's H&M purchases!! Imagine that!!

Anyways, back to the moment. It started just like that. It is not a stand alone trigger but with a few incidents to trigger it.

a) Greys Anatomy Season 5 Episode 18.

An episode that is like any other season which feature sad and crying moments. The acting alone could not touch a person's heart without the scores. Powderfinger, I think the producers made a good decision on choosing it to be that 'moments' s background music as it really triggers the mood.

b) News from an old friend.

While watching Grey's Anatomy, a popped up window appears. News regarding his mother on diagnosed Cancer for 2 years and this is the second year! I got no idea how is she doing but for sure, I know she's not doing fine. Imagine that! You know you're gonna die anytime... I wouldn't want to go there but I did!

c) Stress.

Don't know if you've realised. I tend not to online on MSN lately. It's not as frequent as it used to be. I changed my design over and over again! I'm definitely blaming Mr. Cheah for saying ' It either full marks or a fail for your design'. Thanks! That really pressured me on making sure what I'm designing to be the best design from me! That's really insane and I think everyone is moving advance ahead while I'm WAY behind struggling on my basic designs. Yes, I think those who advanced, possible by now, they are sleeping their way to dreamland with no worries yet.

After the popped up message, I remained calm to deal with it. While trying to comfort him but tears started flowing downwards as watching the execution part from Grey's Anatomy along with the background music by Powderfinger. I can't take it. I left a message in MSN and just sat on my bed with Grey's Anatomy continue on playing. It ended and I started a continuation episode for it, it is funny and I stopped being sad. But the tears kept on flowing out! I tried to resist it but it's uncontrollable. I paused Grey's Anatomy, turned off the lights and turned on my mood lamp.

I bought these from Penang and it plays a role on activating my 'Electrical'/Kemahiran Hidup skills. It actually squeezed quite an amount of my brain juice just to figure how to design the circuit and to make it work! I did made a 'Litar Bersiri' but the lightbulbs too dim and it seems that it could not work so I made 'Litar Selari' for each of them.

I lay on the bed staring at the lamp giving some thought about it. Closed my eyes.

I was told to get a hot shower and everything would be fine and back in order and I did. It does help.

Am I really that stress for a breakdown??

Back from Hong Kong people!

I don't know is it normal, but it does not have it any of the flights I have taken my whole life. It's on Cathay Pacific. The mini LCD television hardisk sets on your seats does feature a channel where you get to see the forward landing wheel camera view. It's REALLY COOL! You get to observe it when the plane takes off. By the way, it's Boeing 737.

Passport gonna expire soon. Dad requested for U.S and Japan Visa photos as well, so I went to the Kodak photo shop near my house yesterday. While waiting it to be developed, I observed the Uncle to fix it. Well, it turned out GOOD. When I turned around, I saw a series of photos on the wall. Non that I recognize nor familiar faces. Suddenly....

KL Design Week '09

I've been busy about a lot of things. There's studio, 3D rendering, test, assignments. All coming in queues! It's hectic and wicked! Well, studio is the most critical part and it is! 5 freaking long credit hours. That's really a killer. Anyways, in conjunction with KL Design Week, Taylor's College is invited to participate. Most seniors are still tied up with their 'Ipoh' site studio so us and the juniors took it up as voluntary on participating this event.

We are participating 2 events in KL Design week, Secret Tent and 10 by 10 booth. The two events are happening in Capsquare, Dang Wangi. Secret Tent is a tent which portray as 'gerai' and the whole area are filled with a dozen tents with people selling their things in the tent. I've been making a few types of notebooks since January but my signature design still stands out which is the one with the 'wood' frame. Since I have something, I decided to sell it in secret tent. Would RM18 worth it? Friends said it should be around RM20-25 but regarding to the location we're selling it, RM18 suits it well. For the tent, we decided to have a theme 'Write Here, Write Now'. Exactly! We are trying to encourage people to write more rather than SMS, Email, Phone Calls...etc. So, we're selling postcards and notebooks. We offer mail delivery as well but stamps are not included with the price. *smiles*

10 by 10 booth consist of 10 empty white panels. I didn't know what is it about at first while I'm the assistant in charge of it till I arrive there to check things out. It's really weird to arrive there and see a bunch of pointed 'pine trees' standing in grid manner. Ms. Shereen, the lecturer in charge of the whole event told me, 'Alah, just print out taylors logo, tampal presentation board, janji stay a week, tayah layan then take down on the last day.' (It's normal for her selamba-ness. But we all know she doesn't mean it BUT I fell for it) and I trusted her. With the pressure of how other colleges did it, I talked to Shien Chii. Only both of us handling the 10 by 10 booth and we as usual, Taylorians or maybe just 'Architects on going' tend to be different, wants to be different. So we sat down, staring at the 5 blocks of panels, figuring out how to design it.

At the end, we came up with a concept and everything is just perfect. Making 'Taylors' stands out among all other colleges. It ROCKS!

Everything Goes Bah Bah along with Moo Moo..

Watch it! Kiwi up ahead! The day finally arrived.  It's been waited so long yet we do not want it to come any sooner.  The moments we always treasure is still incomplete as we still wanted to keep it in a box.  Yet there is still so little of it. Time and Sincerity. 

The day I've always tried to avoid nor to think about while being naively thinking that 'It's still long way ahead, present matters the most at the moment'. What if, the future is already the present? It was once a future and it's a present now.  

There are times I was really down when I thought about the day.  Things like 'He'll be back!', 'It's not like never gonna meet?', etc,  never works on me.  It's all about the moment, when it's gone, it's gone.  The next will be sometime later.  When is it?  Sometime later.  It's like a working clock.  It moves forward and different locations in different time.  Non will be the same in any moments.

Example, you sits in the park for the whole day.  You notices different things in different timing.  Like the old man walks the dog at 5.  Next day, you notices the old man didn't come or the old man went the other path or the old man wore another color.  It is always different.  

To the Lord of the Rings land where the cows, sheeps, and kiwis resides.

It was the ringing bell for time to switch classes! We're freed from the torturous lullaby calculus structures class.  Looked at the watch and to realise there is extra 30 minutes for the lecture as we all doubted he would waste the 30minutes.

He heard the bell and gave a shock reaction.  Soon, we realised that it's not a 'school bell' instead a fire drill!  We thought it's just gonna be a practise.  Mr.chew wanted to exempt the calculus classes for attending the fire drill practises.  

We evacuated the class and moved slowly down the staircase.  As we move out the 'room', we heard a lady worrying shit and telling people to evacuate.  

By looking up, there! it's the burning venue.  Yes! There's smoke...Took sometime to extinguish it.  As told, the air cond exploded.  Wow! Last time was car *kaboom* in carpark and now air cond *kaboom*.  Whats next? College? bwahahaha

By the way, still dare to sleep with air cond? Do you trust air cond? It might explode!!

Sucks huh?

Yes, it has been rumored that Kelly Clarkson scored her amazing single from 97 spot to the No.1 seat.  Surprising, I'm a frequent visitor for billboard but I do recall not seeing the 1st spot having Kelly Clarkson though.  Maybe it's a late update. 

I first heard about is from the Itunes store.  They usually had their own top 100 and now I finally understands why Kelly Clarkson made it to No.1 seat.

I was shock to see this.  Without realising, I had played 'My Life Sucks Without You' for the 430th times since the day I downloaded it on the 28th January. Totally breaking my 'One step at a time'.  Unintentionally, it started off with just a few repeats but end up being a habit!

I found it fresh from Kelly Clarkson.  It's always about down side of relationships in all her songs.  For the first, it's all about 'being together'.  I'm really fascinated by the lyrics and the words of every line.  

For the reason how she made it into no.1, maybe it's because of her fame and name?  Or maybe it's just really because how the song and lyric is?

The Second...

The day we always look forward to, the second day of Chinese New Year~  It's always a gathering at grams place.  It's crowded and noisy.  It's all about Chinese New Year! Granddad's brothers and sisters all coming together and of course, this is the time for us to hunt for our Ang Paus...and time for us to meet our second cousins aka distant cousins.

Look at my sexay Ang Paus.  People notices the ang pau first than the levi's... I'm speechless

One of the second cousins.  I find it interesting to observe her.  Whenever there is food infront her that she likes, her hand will grab the food from the container into her mouth NON-STOP! With continuation...  Isn't this picture of her adorable? Ha Ha Ha Kids....

Funny New Year...

Like every Chinese New Year, it's always a visit to Granddad's youngest sisters' house.  Find it rather urm....boring.  Due to the fact that there's a lot of KIDS! While my PSP ran out of battery.  The kids radically ignored us the elder gang and had their very most enjoyable game, London Bridge. 

Looking at them playing that bridge kinda thing sort of reminded us that 'IT WAS MANY YEARS AGO'.  

As for dinner, Mom and grandma was too exhausted to cook and decided to dinner out on the first!  It was rather hard to eat out than to eat at home since it's VERY hard to find a decent restaurant on business for the first day of Chinese New Year.  We had Sushi King in the end.

Dropped off Grandparents home and drove home with sis.  Found that parents are not home yet and we don't have the key to access.  Received the news that Grandparent's key couldn't opened up the inner door.  

We decided to head back to Grandparent's home to check it out.  Seems like they're waiting outside and Wise Grandma was poking wires into her car window.(She left it 5% open)  As told, there is another sets of keys in the car and she is trying to open up the door lock.  She needs a light and asked us whether there's a torch light in the car.  We took out our phones and shone towards the lock.  At the end, it was really frustrating cz our phone will go blank out when no respond.  I took out the Ipod she bought me 3 years back and the light was much brighter and long lasting(cz I've set it to 'Always on').  

"Now you don't regret buying me this Ipod 3 years back!" ( She bought it for me from the states.)

In the end, she looked at sis and suggested she put her arms through it.  Sis was freaked out and I took off my watch trying to slide through.  It went through!! I pulled the lock and the alarm was set.  She found the key and unlocked the inner door. 

It was funny cz as though we really are breaking in the house and the car too!

Arrived home and decided to have a game of Monopoly with Sis!  Guess what's special about this monopoly?  What is different than the others?

Other than there is a fine line on different culture like, European, Asian, North America...etc.  One thing REALLY special about this Monopoly Version is that there is NO CASH!! Each player are given a CREDIT CARD!!! Along that, there is a credit machine to be used! 

It was REALLY fun and yes, I went bankrupt cz the duration of the game is slow.  Or else, I will earn wild.  Too much property~

Reunion Eh?

It was funny during reunion dinner....

I was being tense bcz of the invention of a Sony psp. Little sis and bro was being addicted to it, non of them are having anything at all! I understand, its been sometime they had psp curfew...

I expect a family dinner to be like a family dinner, moreover its a reunion dinner!

Mom was saying,
'We don't have to eat anymore! I shall have psp on your (Preston) plate, laptop on both of ur (Me n sis) plate, psp on yours (Hillary) and a football for you (Dad)!'

'What about yours?' we asked.

'Astro Max!' Dad replied immediately..

'I want a bunch of cash vouchers on my plate! I want Tangs! Robinsons! Parksons!' she laughs.

I responded 'Ya vouchers! *laughs* Tesco!'

Presents, season of giving as we speak of. Is presents that important? An item we all wanted. We just hope to receive something on special occasions in the reality world.

Greed shall be the word. You greed for items you fantasize for, you greed for items you dream of, you greed for items you don't have the ability to obtain. End up just to wish for it and hoping someone would get it for you.

We all do so and i doubt there would be any deny.

Me myself dare not to deny it either, I might have a little greed in it but I do not hope for it. Presents the main topic, once ruined my life. Presents had once made me a devil filled with greed.

Last 2 semesters, there is an 'in prompt to' presentation held during the hard ass uber advance Technical English class. Each of us pick draws on topics and while mine sucks! Due to it's technical english 2, I don't get the question. The lecturer gave me another chance to pick draw.

The title is 'Worst Presents I Ever Received'

I stood there and to figure out what is the worst present. I told the lecturer there is none, due to the fact I'm always grateful even if presents no matter what it is. I was forced to make up one.

My worst present would be a photo frame. With today's innovative era, we speak of digital data. With digital cameras, we no longer find the need of developing photos with first point, wasting paper! Going green is a trend at the moment, you recycle, you use less paper, you pollute the environment less. While studying architecture course, I've learned that spaces are important same goes for storage spaces. You wouldn't want a space filled with MANY photo frames whereby you can use that space for other purposes? Not just so, there is a new invention called Digital Photo Frame! Very eco friendly in some way i guess?

After this presentation, I had accidentally made 'Photo Frame' into my present shit list! I tried to change my mind or be grateful of but it just stays there. Soon after that, I received a photo frame as present which quite pisses me off. My mistake! (trying to change the theory)

Overall, presents might make someone happy and some nothing but neutral.

Strolling around city of Kuala Lumpur, you lift up your head. You see street lights with the sky as the background. You see skyscrapers that are not really that tall other than the Twin Towers of course..What else do you see?

Since it's Chinese New Year, you surely expect to feel the festive celebration. You stroll along the main famous streets of Kuala Lumpur... It's no longer like the old days where there are lanterns and lights and greetings on. This Chinese New Year in Kuala Lumpur is rather 'emotionless', just like the normal days in Kuala Lumpur. Where you will be in a city and feel the city rather a city filled with culture.

I wonder what had happened to the usual decorations? Even Raya has their decorations (Not being racist but to compare the fairness) why didn't Chinese New Year? I thought Malaysia is all about the unification of the three main races? Being united and colorful regardless the skin color?

As heard that the City Hall has no money for decorations this season. I really wonder where had the income tax and all tax tax tax has gone to? To anywhere that is useful I hope.

I dare say, I'm actually a Malaysian that doesn't read the newspaper, not keeping myself update about what the country is doing, so does the rest of the world. All I know is to live my life, but regarding this matter, I really wonder....

Was clearing up the mess in the living room...  All of sudden, a very funky tune broadcasted through the box which we all know it as a television.  It was on the usual teenagers channel, MTV.

Alphabeat! The tune was really funky! With their Music Video is totally an additional bomb for them!  They sounded very much like the 70's and 80's.  While playing with colors and a whole new creativity level on music videos.  Well, sort of?  We just got used to seeing things from our century, yet we have very little chances on to approach the funky high heels and tuck ins with flowery retro shirts, not to forget the 'world peace yaw~'  

So yep, its quite fresh for me cz I'm not really a fan for the 70's ha ha ha no offence people..

I love it! I didn't even realised that I've played it for 345 times!! That's ALOT! That's like obsess! or simply just no life stuck with only a song! Well, I can't help it! It's meaningful to me?  I just LOVE the heels hitting the ground sound but I don't quite understand the GREEN heels...

At last!

There is no phone calls from that party for almost a week now.  I've decided to pay them a visit before I leave the place.  I went to the main office and saw the lady who spoke to me last week.  Dang~ she looked so... zombie... with deeeeeeep eye bags.  Looks pity while with the hair messy-ly tied upwards from the back. 

I knocked on the glass door though the door is opened.  She looked up and showed a shocking face.  

"I remember you! I remember you!" she said it loudly.

"Yes, I was wondering how is the progress of the investigation?" I asked.

"I remember you! But I don't really remember what is the problem again...I remember your face, Is it a lost book? Ah! Yes! You lost a book right?" She replied with a tone filled with 'worries'.

"Urm, its the book renewal charges..." I replied.

"OH YAH!! I passed it to my colleague! Hold on ah, I go get her..."

She immediately move out from her seat and move along in 'lightning speed' to the library compound in search of her colleague.  

As she had found the colleague while yelling her name out... 

(I wonder what the library is for?) 

Ah, she returned to the office and passed me to the colleague.  

Wow, I'm glad finally a respond and hope its good!  Apparently... the colleague... was the one in charge of the library that day when I found out about my account being charged. She was just next to the lady who informed me that my account has 'issues'....DANG! Couldn't her do something that day instead of causing me worries for the WHOLE week? 

Anyways, she said she had waived the charges but however I still need to pay for the other fine charges which I'm fine about those bcz I had committed them! *Tee Hee...*

Borrowed 4 books! haha imagine the desperation of wanting to borrow books.  2 of them are about Egypt and another 2 are design books.  

I just realised the fall of Egypt is bcz of some Pharaoh was being too 'religious' and that caused almost the whole empire gone.  Poor Cleopatra... What is with me and History man! I'm like reading it as though like novel... *faints*

Anyways, back to my room 'Spring cleaning'
